Ihre Aufgaben
Effective Management: Apply management functions and systems (organizing, planning, controlling, staffing, directing) to ensure sustainable business performance and continuous development Active Engagement: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at Senior Management level; influence perspectives and decisions by understanding stakeholder interests and processes, and create win-win solutions accordingly Leadership: Leading the Asset Management Offshore & HVDC department with around 40 members (7 direct reports), focusing on business alignment, team mobilization, and people development Lifecycle Management: Managing TenneT's Offshore & HVDC Asset Portfolio (DC Transmission Grid) across the full lifecycle - from acquisition to disposal - with strong emphasis on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Defining system standards and optimizing cost, quality, risk, and sustainability Policy & Strategy: Developing and implementing the Asset Management Policy and Strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals Strategic Planning: Creating Strategic Asset Management Plans in close collaboration with other TenneT Units Performance Management: Setting asset performance targets and standards, monitoring and analyzing asset performance, and implementing measures to optimize asset outcomes
