We want to attract exceptionally qualified early career researchers who are working on the above listed new and pioneering research topic which they will pursue independently. Successful candidates will present a highly original and ambitious research plan that concisely describes the background and status of the questions to be addressed, the ultimate research goals, as well as the strategies and methods that will be employed.
We are looking for individuals with
a track record of internationally recognised research in the proposed research area,
an innovative, interdisciplinary and ambitious research programme that advances the abovementioned field, and
initial experience in applying for intramural or external funding and interdisciplinary research collaborations.
We offer
an initial appointment for 5 years in a supportive, collaborative research environment to embark on a visionary research programme,
significant core funding and limited teaching responsibilities to advance as an independent researcher,

The renumeration package comprises a competitive salary according to the pay scale for the public sector in Germany (TV-L), a comprehensive pension scheme, medical and social benefits.
